Nahi. Scan page par sirf limited, anonymised info dikhai jati hai. Detailed address / ID proof sirf owner ke dashboard / backend me safe rehta hai.
📌 Agar kisi ne mera tag misuse kiya to?
Scan aur activation attempts ke sath security logs create hote hain (device fingerprint, approximate time, mode). Dashboard / admin me pattern dekh sakte hain aur zarurat pade to tag deactivate ya replace kar sakte hain.
📌 Internet nahi hai to kya hoga?
Aap offline.html aur scan page ke offline state me clear message dekhoge. User photo le kar baad me scan kar sakta hai. PWA aur service worker basic offline caching handle karte hain.
📌 Order / refund status kahan check karun?
Order confirmation email me tracking link milta hai. Agar delay ho to WhatsApp support par order ID share karein; refund / replacement SLA 5-7 working days hai.
📌 Medical / blood group info add kar sakte hai?
Activation form me optional medical field hai. Sirf essential info (allergy, blood group) add karein; ye emergency scan me controlled view me dikhaya jata hai.
📌 Account delete ya data removal kaise karun?
support@findvault.in par registered email se request bhejein. PII aur logs ko retention policy ke hisab se delete / anonymise kiya jayega.
