Yaha aapko FindVault tags ke bare me basic guidance milti hai — tag activate kaise karein, scan ke baad kya hota hai, aur emergency / lost cases me kya steps follow karne chahiye.

Emergency? Pehle local emergency number (112/100/108) ko call karein. FindVault tools sirf support ke liye hain, police/ambulance ka replacement nahi.

1. Tag use kaise karein?

Activation (Owner)
  • Packaging ya WhatsApp link se activate.html?id=TAG_ID page open karein.
  • Owner ka basic info, emergency contact aur optional medical info fill karein.
  • "Activate" dabane ke baad aapko ek secure scan link aur QR milta hai.
Normal scan (public)
  • Jo bhi insaan tag scan karega, use scan.html?id=TAG_ID khulega.
  • Yaha sirf limited info aur emergency options dikhte hain — koi personal address ya full profile public nahi hoti.
Emergency scan
  • Scan page par "Emergency Access" button sirf real emergency me use karein.
  • System owner ke emergency contact aur nearby hospital map link tak guide karega.

2. Lost & Found board

Agar aapka item ya koi document / pet / missing person case hai, aap lost.html par public post bana sakte hain.

  • Lost ya Found dono type ke cases ke liye simple Hindi + English form.
  • Sirf wahi phone number daale jo aap public share kar sakte hain.
  • Missing person ke case me hamesha local police ko bhi inform karein.

Jis kisi ke paas information hogi, woh direct aapko call / WhatsApp kar sakta hai. FindVault beech me personal chat nahi padhta.

Board par posts Firestore me secure collections me store hote hain. Aapke browser se bheje gaye posts "Mere posts" section me dikhte hain.

3. Safety & emergency tips

FindVault emergency features support tools hain — ye police / ambulance ka replacement nahi hain.
  • Life‑threatening emergency me sabse pehle local emergency number (112 / 100 / 108) par call karein.
  • Tag scan karne wale ko kabhi force ya pressure na karein; unki safety bhi important hai.
  • Payment, reward ya personal meeting arrange karte waqt hamesha public / safe jagah choose karein.
Har emergency scan Firestore me incident aur security logs ke through record hota hai, taaki misuse track kiya ja sake.

📌 Kya mera address public dikhai deta hai?
Nahi. Scan page par sirf limited, anonymised info dikhai jati hai. Detailed address / ID proof sirf owner ke dashboard / backend me safe rehta hai.
📌 Agar kisi ne mera tag misuse kiya to?
Scan aur activation attempts ke sath security logs create hote hain (device fingerprint, approximate time, mode). Dashboard / admin me pattern dekh sakte hain aur zarurat pade to tag deactivate ya replace kar sakte hain.
📌 Internet nahi hai to kya hoga?
Aap offline.html aur scan page ke offline state me clear message dekhoge. User photo le kar baad me scan kar sakta hai. PWA aur service worker basic offline caching handle karte hain.
📌 Order / refund status kahan check karun?
Order confirmation email me tracking link milta hai. Agar delay ho to WhatsApp support par order ID share karein; refund / replacement SLA 5-7 working days hai.
📌 Medical / blood group info add kar sakte hai?
Activation form me optional medical field hai. Sirf essential info (allergy, blood group) add karein; ye emergency scan me controlled view me dikhaya jata hai.
📌 Account delete ya data removal kaise karun?
support@findvault.in par registered email se request bhejein. PII aur logs ko retention policy ke hisab se delete / anonymise kiya jayega.
