1. About FindVault

FindVault is a smart lost-and-found assistance platform designed to help users recover misplaced belongings using QR and NFC technology. FindVault does not guarantee recovery of any item.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use this service.
• If you are using FindVault on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

3. User Responsibilities

• Ensure all personal, contact, and medical information provided is accurate.
• Do not upload unlawful, misleading, abusive, or harmful content.
• Do not misuse emergency features for false alerts.
• Do not attempt to impersonate another person or entity.

4. Emergency & SOS Features

Emergency features are provided to assist in critical situations. They are not a replacement for official emergency services.

• False SOS triggers may result in suspension or permanent ban.
• FindVault is not responsible for response delays or failures.
• Users are responsible for contacts added to SOS lists.

5. Privacy & Data Usage

We prioritize user privacy and data security. Personal information is displayed only when a tag is scanned and only for recovery or emergency purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FindVault shall not be liable for:

• Loss, theft, or damage of items
• Incorrect or outdated user-provided information
• Unauthorized scans or misuse of tags

7. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, designs, software, and content associated with FindVault are the exclusive property of FindVault.

Unauthorized copying, resale, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Abuse & Security

• Attempts to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service are prohibited.
• We reserve the right to investigate and take legal action if necessary.
